Cristina's Counseling and Recovery
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and
Recovery coach. Throughout my career I have provided in-person, virtual and live-in therapeutic services
for mental health across the U.S impacting all ages and issues ranging from eating disorders, addiction,
depression, anxiety, failure to launch, family dynamics, trauma, and personality disorders. I am
experienced in providing services in prison facilities, foster care agencies, and residential facilities. I have
also managed at the corporate level to establish outpatient substance use treatment facilities throughout
Texas.
I have a very humanistic approach and I believe that giving someone the opportunity to own their own
journey to recovery is priceless. We all need to feel stability, joy, and peace. My background and
experience can bring recurring patterns to light so you can build the courage to face them directly, and
move into mental clarity.
